about the job

You will be responsible to manage the calendar and appointments of a very senior Executive within the regional office located in Singapore. Part of your duties will be to assist the Executive in business travel arrangements as well as business expenses claims.

about the manager / team

You will be reporting to the Ezxecutive, with a dotted line reporting the the Office Manager.

skills & experience required

You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. You must also come with minimum 7 years of working experience in an excutive secretarial function, ideally also within an insurance MNC or financial institution. This job will be well-suited for an incumbent who likes being hands-on and work in a fast-paced manner.
