My client is an established brand in their area of work.

about the job
As the Executive Assistant, you will be in charge of calendar management, flight arrangements, accommodation bookings and other administrative duties to the team. You will help with consolidation of reports, information and presentation slides for the team. When required, you will be tasked with conducting research and putting information together. You will be responsible with office management, putting office supplies in place and attending to the reception desk. You will help with marketing materials such as organizing brochures and making amendments to digital brochures. Other ad hoc duties will be assigned.

skills and experience required
You should come with at least 5 years of experience in providing executive assistant support, preferably to the Business Development or Sales and Marketing team. To excel in this role, you should come with good interpersonal skills, have an outgoing personality and be proactive. You must be comfortable with coordinating with clients as required. Good communication and written skill is a must.

You must be tech savvy, and you should come with prior knowledge in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
