    about the job
    In the role of an Executive Assistant, you will be required to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to support the day to day operations of the organisation. Your job responsibilities include providing immaculate executive secretarial support to the senior management team during their travels to the Singapore office. You will also be in charge of coordinating the full spectrum of office administration responsibilities, including but not limited to the office budgetary control, vendor management as well as general office management. To succeed in the role, you should be an individual equipped with strong communication skills and business acumen, in order to manage and control office expenses and establish amicable relationships with vendors so as to secure optimal rates for the business.

    Additionally, you will be required to render your assistance in the human resources department, liaising closely with counterparts in the global headquarters to facilitate HR initiatives in the Singapore office.

    You will be working with a lean team of 10 employees and administer required support to facilitate the day to day operations of the business in Singapore. This role reports to the Assistant HR and Admin Director based in Hong Kong.

    skills and experience required
    The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in providing secretarial and administrative support within a multinational organization. To succeed in this role, you must possess high organisation skills and inductive reasoning aptitude to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command in both English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders of various nationalities. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful and independent with a demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion in enhancing work efficiency. Candidates with prior experience working in a start-up environment will be highly considered.
