about the job
This candidate must maintain a calm, assured demeanor under significant pressure and with often times last-minute time constraints. You will be responsible for meeting scheduling, booking conference rooms and directing CEO’s guests. In addition, you will manage arrangements for meals (lunch/dinner), assist with incoming calls, emails, deliveries, as well as assisting with ad hoc projects as needed for the office and family. You will also process monthly expense reports in the company’s T&E system (Concur), plus handle additional work for CEO and family.

This role requires full-time in-office presence (very limited work from home flexibility) and will report to another Senior Executive Assistant.
skills & requirements for the job
You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and come with minimum 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in finance or tech background. You must have experience booking domestic and international travels, both commercial and private, as well as experience managing a hectic and fluid professional calendar, often on extremely short notice. The ideal incumbent should also be a strong and polished communicator, with impeccable written and verbal skills. The role is suitable for somebody with a “Go with the flow” attitude, as priorities often shift, and be familiar with global business culture.
