Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will manage and oversee recruitment activities across multiple regions. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans attract and retain top talent, ensuring access to top talents within the industry
- Collaborate with senior leadership across APAC to understand their recruitment needs and create customised sourcing strategies to meet those needs effectively.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and networking to identify, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates from the industry
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities, motivations and cultural fit
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline
- Research on the industry talent trends and market intelligence, providing feedback and comprehensive talent market mapping to business stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Produce recruitment metrics reports and analysis to monitor effectiveness and generate insights for strategy improvement and new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing senior to executive level positions across the professional services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with senior candidates and stakeholders at a leadership level
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods, executive search techniques and digital recruitment platforms.
- Process-driven, strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making
- Self-motivated and independent; able to work independently and collaboratively
