    Working together with a team of established Consultants, your role will include, but not limited to:

    • Using internal databases and external channels to support talent selection and identification within the specialised function or industry.
    • Screening, qualifying and assessing high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organisational and personality fit.
    • Initiating and driving multi-pronged sales and marketing activities for business development with existing and new clients.
    • Establishing and maintaining high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from Randstad or own research.
    • Keeping pace of and analyse market and sector trends, ideally within Asset Management, Commodities or Fiduciary space, to support clients’ human capital development.


    skills and experience required

    • Bachelors Degree in any field, more importantly, strong people skills and the willingness to learn and grow within a tight knitted team
    • Ideally one year experience in a 360-recruitment environment. Talents with no prior experience, but with the hunge to succeed are invited to apply
    • Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes
    • Commercially- and digitally-savvy
    • Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance
    • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
