about the job

You will provide administrative and secretarial support. These include scheduling appointments, preparing external/internal correspondence, screening telephone calls and visitors, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and receptions, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining/filing documents. In addition, you will coordinate and produce sensitive reports and analyses (e.g., budgets), database maintenance, as well as managing expense claims. You will also help to organize team and/or departmental events.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must have minimum 10 years of executive assistant experience in an MNC. In addition, the successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal capabilities, and good verbal and written communication skills. Qualities of the ideal person include being able to develop a thorough knowledge of the organization quickly, and also being able to work with limited direction from senior professionals and make sound judgements independently.
