The company is a local listed company with good global presence, solid business growth year on year and impressive financial results. This role sits within a small investment (hedge funds) subsidiary.

about the job

You will provide administrative and secretarial support. These include scheduling appointments, preparing external/internal correspondence, screening telephone calls and visitors, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and receptions, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining/filing documents. In addition, you will coordinate and produce sensitive reports and analyses (e.g., budgets), database maintenance, as well as managing expense claims. You will also help to organize team and/or departmental events.

about the manager / team

You will report to the COO and manage 2 calendars actively. There are a team of 10 who you will also assist in business travel arrangements and expenses claims.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must have minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience in an MNC. In addition, the successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal capabilities, and good verbal and written communication skills. As the candidate will be supporting a very senior incumbent, qualities of the ideal person include being able to develop a thorough knowledge of the organization quickly, and also being able to work with limited direction from senior professionals and make sound judgements independently.
