about the job
As an Executive Support member, your primary duty is to provide general administrative support to the Singapore office that includes but are not limited to ensuring the efficient day to day functioning of the office, and to provide general office duties including providing support to Executive Assistant, the People Department and Senior Management as and when required. Attending to the receptionist desk, you will be expected to deliver high standards of hospitality to guest visitors, responding to all inquiries and feedback coming in through the main line. In addition to that you are to assist in the scheduling of meetings and appointments, liaise with the building management for maintenance and office repair requirements, coordinate travel arrangements and support the HR team in facilitating the onboarding of new members. To excel in this role, you should be a strong team player and problem solver to take on any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant.

This position sits within the Singapore office and reports directly to the Executive Assistant. You will be working alongside the Executive Assistant as a team to provide immaculate administrative support to the business operations.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 2 years of proven experience in providing receptionist/ office administration support in a diversified environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to establish effective working relationships with both internal and external parties. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful, independent and possess a keen attitude towards learning.
