As a result of ongoing and continued successes in Singapore, this school is recruiting a Facilities Manager to manager the hard and soft services of the campus.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will be required to conduct daily inspections of school grounds for cleanliness, safety and maintenance. Your key purpose will be to manage the day to day operations, facilities, M&E and all security matters as well as regularly liaising with contractors, support and academic stuff to ensure the facilities are up to standards. To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Ideally have at least 5-7 years experience in Facilities Management in a school environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Building Construction, Project Management or Facilities Management are a bonus.
  • Customer-Orientated attitude.
  • Hands-on M&E experience
  • Have an ability to be a quick problem solver and learn how to manage a range of internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions
