This well recognized brand is looking for a Facilities Manager to assist in supporting the business in its next phase of growth.

The Facility Manager will play a crucial role in the team’s continued development and success in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager and managing a team of 4 you will be responsible for overlooking the facilities for office space of around 74sqft and ensuring facilities are kept up to standards. Responsibilities will also include but not limited to managing the hard and soft services of the work place, A&A and refurbishment projects, managing vendors and contractors and regular inspections of the floors.

skills and experience required.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Ideally have at least 5years experience in Facilities Management
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills as you will be regularly liaising with internal and external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Stronger in the soft services.
  • Have an ability to be a quick problem solver and learn how to manage a range of internal and external parties.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
