Working closely with the facilities team, your key purpose will be to manage the day to day operations and facilities as well as regularly liaising with contractors, support and academic stuff to ensure the facilities are up to standards. You will also be responsible for managing the security team to ensure the surroundings are safe. skills and experience required.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Ideally have at least 5 years experience in Facilities Management
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Building Construction, Project Management or Facilities Management are a bonus.
  • Customer-Orientated attitude.
  • Have an ability to be a quick problem solver and learn how to manage a range of internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions
  • Enthusiasm, resourceful, sense of urgency, and analytical with good organizational and stakeholder management skills
