Improve factories in APAC and other regions as needed.
Analyze factory operations to find and fix process gaps.
Perform industrial engineering tasks, site surveys, and factory diagnostics.
Implement digitalization activities in factories and processes.
Develop and execute a digital transformation plan with use cases.
Upgrade IT infrastructure and data connectivity.
Use technologies like smart automation, paperless manufacturing, BI tools, AR/VR, and big data analytics.
Support the product cost working group (Cost ITAKONA WG).
Improve production cost structure and product planning & development.
Enhance parts quality.
Conduct training and seminars to promote digital transformation and factory improvements.
Handle administrative tasks related to MIC operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; a diploma with extensive experience may be considered.
3-5 years of experience in factory enhancement and digital transformation.
Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation (including Big Data Analytics and AI).
Strong IT knowledge and experience in OT (operational technology) environments.
Programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or SQL are a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within APAC and occasionally outside APAC
