The role involves providing technical support to customers, conducting project evaluations and validations, designing experiments, writing technical reports and protocols, responding to customer inquiries, analyzing the market and competition, providing product and technical training to customers and sales teams, identifying customer needs and sales opportunities, delivering seminars and trainings, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.

You will report to the field application manager and work closely with a team of FAS to provide pre and post-sales services to ensure customers satisfaction.
skills and experience required
The job requires a Bachelor's degree or MSc in molecular biology, genetics, biostatistics, or a related field in life sciences, along with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an application support environment.
Experience in immunoassay/serology skills would be an advantage. The candidate must have the ability to provide support for complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and address customer concerns.
The candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and in a team. The job involves frequent travel of 20% to 30% in the SEA region.
