Superior technical application knowledge of clinical diagnostic methodologies
Proven track record to meet customer satisfaction in a technical support environment
Experience in managing product evaluation and training
Superior presentation and training skills
Excellent organization and planning skills
Proactive and passionate to provide excellent support to meet customer satisfaction
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
