about the job

You will report to your Service Manager, and be responsible for delivering outstanding post-sales customer experience to designated hospitals and clinical laboratories in Singapore.

  • Support customers (via phone, email and/ or onsite) in instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving
  • Conduct technical trainings to customers’ in-house biomedical engineers
  • Process warranty claim raised from customers
  • Proactively collect feedback from customers and propose initiatives to optimise service process; support Service Manager in driving team culture and relevant projects
  • Supports sales by responding to customers’ queries


skills and experience required

  • Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years+ experience providing field service support for In-vitro Diagnostics / Medical Device
