Carry out installation, calibration, adjustment, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IVD instruments
Upgrade software and hardware of all equipment
Provide technical support and training to customers and distributors
Responsible for the production relevant equipment maintenance and repair
about the manager/team
You will report to the service supervisor and work closely with customer services and sales support to ensure customers' satisfaction. Occassionally, you will also provide training and troubleshooting services for overseas distributors in SEA markets.
skills and experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience in field service engineering for in-vitro diagnostics equipment or root-cause analysis for medical equipment.
Customer-facing experience and good interpersonal skills is desired. Customer oriented, independent, meticulous, possess initiative, and well organized
Able to commit to scheduled 24-hour standby shifts.
