As the Field Service Engineer of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Support the commercial team in providing technical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and needs.
Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and technical installation for the company medical products.
Support in technical enquiries and request for quotations on technical service.
Provide on-site service and support to healthcare professionals.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Service Manager and you will be working closely with the sales and marketing team.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 2 years of service engineer experience in the medical devices industry. Candidates with medical equipment experience in radiotherapy / imaging are preferred.
