about the job
As the Field Service Engineer of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Provide technical support and customer care by responding to inquiries and requests related to the company medical devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, employing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
Conduct on-site repair, installation, calibration, and commissioning of medical devices at customer locations to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical support during seminars, demonstrations, exhibitions, and workshops, contributing to successful product presentations.
Perform routine equipment checks, audits, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including technical reports, service logs, and customer interactions.
Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to customers, ensuring their understanding of device operation and maintenance procedures.
Follow company guidelines and industry regulations for quality, safety, and compliance during all service activities.

Reporting to the Service Director, you will be working closely with the service team.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of service experience within the medical device business. Candidates with DICOM or network connectivity preferred.
