The Field Service Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the service team by providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for the medical devices products.
Conduct installations of medical devices at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
Perform commissioning procedures to validate the functionality and safety of equipment.
Execute routine maintenance activities to uphold the performance and longevity of medical devices.
Respond promptly to service requests and address technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in medical devices products.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, logs, and customer communications.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be working closely with the service teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 1 years of service experience within the medical device business.
