about the job
As a customer service engineer, you will:
- Provides technical support in the development and implementation of customer applications and company products.
- Conducts on-site enhancements, maintenance and support for new and existing
systems. - Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs technical problems
about the manager/team
You will report to the service manager and work closely with commercial teams to support existing customers and ensure satisfaction.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering for biotechnology research instrument
- Experience with thermal analyzers, ICP-OES or similar analytical instrument is desired
