- Carry out on-site or remote support activities and close service calls
- Support system warranty standby
- Identifying and preventing potential problems
- Trouble-shooting, pre-installation, installation & commissioning of Esko systems
- Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule
- Participate and manage the new product release process as required
- Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects
- Make timely reporting of issues and problems
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in electrical / electronics engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience in field service positions
- Diagnoses all aspects of technical faults reported by customers
- Able to converse in thai so as to communicate with the thai native who cannot speak english
- Able to travel around ASEAN for work assignment (about 30-40%)
