• Carry out on-site or remote support activities and close service calls
• Support system warranty standby
• Install a highly automated high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment
• Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule
• Participate and manage the new product release process as required
• Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects
• Make timely reporting of issues and problems

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in electrical / electronics engineering or equivalent
• Prior experience in maintaining high vacuum/automated systems will be a plus
• Albe to work / experience in working in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
• Familiar with high complexity low volume environment
• Customer-oriented mentality and excellent client servicing skills
• PLC knowledge is an added advantage
• Able to work / commit to night shift when there is a need to
• Training given to candidate with no experience
• Willing to work in north area of Singapore (Marsiling / Woodlands / Sembawang)
