about the job
This is a newly-created role with a renowned educational institution. Reporting to the finance manager, you will support the accounts receivables (AR) function by ensuring the timely collection of school fees and the accurate presentation of transactions in the accounting system and in reports. You will assist with the reconciliation and analysis of the AR account. You will also interact with and manage queries from various stakeholders.

skills and experience required
You should ideally possess the following:

  • Diploma in accountancy or related qualifications;
  • Prior experience in managing the AR function;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle queries from relevant stakeholders;
  • Some fluency in Mandarin to answer queries from Chinese stakeholders.
