about the role
This is a newly created role whereby you will be looking at the analysis of the business. You will look into the strategic initiatives across the various business units. You will partner closely with the leadership team on business performance and strategies, looking at resource allocation, risk and opportunities. You will develop and monitor KPIs for the respective business units. You will be in charge of the budgeting, forecasting and goal setting for the group. In this role, you will drive continuous process improvement and standardisation. You will build financial models for in depth analysis.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified in Accountancy and at least 8 years of relevant experience. You are strong in business partnering and financial analysis. Prior experience in a fintech or start-up company will come a strong advantage for the role. You are a strong communicator and are able to work independently in a team. You are analytical, strong in excel and /or powerBI.
