about the job
As one of the Finance Business Partners, you will be the sole contributor in closely supporting the operational teams in Asia-Pacific. You will oversee the review and plan costs and expenses, perform variance and investment analyses, set financial KPIs for internal stakeholders, and spearhead cost reduction projects. You will influence business decisions and ensure that relevant stakeholders understand the impact of such decisions. You will also deliver and communicate financial plans to relevant stakeholders, and also manage process implementation and improvement.

skills and experience required
You should ideally possess the following:

  • Degree in accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications;
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in finance business partnering or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) in a start-up or in the technology industry; prior relevant experience in MNCs in logistics, supply chain, or related industries will be also be considered favourably;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to comfortably engage with both internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Immediate availability or short notice period.
