About the job
As an Administrative Executive, you will be expected to provide general administrative support to the Singapore Office. Your job responsibilities would include managing, preparing and maintaining proper records of files and documents, handling email and phone correspondence, conducting general bookkeeping; handling of account payables/receivables of the Singapore Branch Office and assisting in office management duties. Should there be a need, you will be required to assist with the scheduling of meetings, coordination of conferences, taking and distributing meeting minutes and administration of basic secretarial support to the CEO.


About the manager/team
You will be working closely with the sales coordinator and report directly to the CEO of the Singapore office.


Skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the administration and bookkeeping. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and possess high levels of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders across various nationalities. The ideal candidate should also be be highly independent, self motivated and be comfortable with connecting virtually.
