about the job
Reporting to the GM, you will be managing the team with full responsibility over their group and operational finance activities. You will have oversight of the full spectrum of the finance and corporate activities including financial and management reporting, portfolio review, cash flow management, treasury and taxation matters. You will also oversee the finance teams at the property level to ensure proper month end closing and reporting. You will be the go-to-person finance person to advise the business heads on financial performance while also guiding the team on latest developments in financial regulatory standards while driving continuous improvements to business processes, controls and policies.
skills and experience required
You must be degree qualified and CA/CPA with at least 12 years’ of finance management experience with the real estate sector. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders. You are keen on establishing a long term career within a steadfast organization that provides a cohesive and employee centric culture.
