As part of their expansion plan and ongoing commitment to improve their business functions, they are now looking for a dedicated individual to join their finance team as a Finance Executive (Accounts Payable).
about the job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable duties including month end closings, processing vendor invoices, balance reconciliations and ensure the processed invoices and transactions are recorded completely and accurately in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be at least 2 years of relevant exposure, with strong hands-on experience in the AP function. You should be someone who has a good attitude, adaptable and proficient in Excel. You are willing to challenge yourself in a fast paced and high volume environment with SAP exposure. You are comfortable working in the West with 2 way transport provided and can also look forward to a hybrid work arrangement and fully from home during month end.
