About the job
As a Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will take charge of managing the complete accounting function for our Singapore operations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate reporting of both management and statutory financial, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring the timely and precise submission of statutory and tax requirements. In addition to your core accounting responsibilities, you will also be involved in procurement activities (approximately <20%), including sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in business partnering with various departments, including our esteemed leadership team. You will be comfortable taking on ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and experience required
Degree holder with at least 1 year of GL or partial sets of accounting experience. Those from mid-tier audit firms/big 4 and looking to move into accounting positions are welcome to apply. You have great interpersonal skills, independent, self-starter, and team-player. You are also willing to travel and work in the Eastern part of Singapore. Due to the urgency of the position, preference will be given to those with immediate or short term notice (those with a 1 month notice period are welcome to apply).
