about the job
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a team with responsibility over the full spectrum of financial management and operations including GL, AP and AR activities and statutory reporting. As a key personnel, you will drive robust and efficient accounting processes and manage the forecasting and budgeting processes. You will identify continuous improvements and initiatives to optimise workflow to be a Finance Business Partner to ensure and drive optimal performance.
skills and experience required
You are ideally degree qualified with preferably 5 years of financial controlling and operations. You are a people manager with the necessary soft skills to manage a diverse team while providing strong mentorship. You are also technically strong with operational finance workflow while having business acumen to work closely with the other stakeholders. Having knowledge in SAP would be highly advantageous. You are comfortable travelling to the West of Singapore.
