about the role
- Prepare monthly Management and Head Office reports
- Perform monthly analysis on revenue and expenses and provide commentaries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly updates on the Singapore Branch’s KPIs and business activities
- Prepare the annual budget and forecasts for the Singapore Branch
- Prepare audit schedules which includes monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation pack
- Liaise with Head Office, internal & external auditors on their audit queries
- Liaise with regulators, external auditors and internal auditors on their queries
- Support new systems’ initiatives and UAT as required by Head Office
- Draft Head Office reports in Business Mandarin and liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders on a regular basis
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Management Reporting experience within the Banking industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and analytical
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese as this role requires you to prepare reports in Business Mandarin as well as liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders on a regular basis
