You will create and deliver reports for management, regulatory bodies, and head office. Analyze data fluctuations and provide explanations. Support business planning and budgeting. Maintain financial reporting checklist and align with group accounting policies. Manage month-end tasks like journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit schedules. Handle GST and tax administration and filing, including tax code setup, issue resolution, and accurate accounting for taxes. Collaborate with auditors for various audits, from appointment to issue resolution. Maintain accounting system, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and keep procedure manuals up to date. Additionally, undertake any other requested tasks.

A lean team, working directly under the leadership of an experienced and supportive team head, with a highly collaborative team from head office.
Skills and experience required
Qualified Accountant (CPA/CA/ACCA) with at least 5 years of reporting experience in the insurance/financial advisory industry. In order to succeed, you should be hands-on, and possess the ability to work well with stakeholders. You should possess excellent communication skills, and able to work under tight deadlines. Big 4 insurance auditors should apply.
