Our client is one of the largest global logistics service operators headquartered in Singapore. This company is highly valued by the industry for its efficiency, speed and reliability. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Finance/ Deputy Finance Manager (Fixed Assets) to join the team.


about the job

In your role, you will maintain controls, procedures and forms for recording of fixed assets. You will record fixed assets acquisition and disposals in the accounting system. You will track the compilation of construction in progress into the fixed assets account. You will reconcile the balance in the fixed assets subsidiary ledger to the general ledger. You will be responsible for conducting physical inventory count of fixed assets. You will also handle the annual budgeting and cash flow forecast process.

skills and experience required

You should possess a degree in accounting or finance with at least 5 years of experience in fixed assets. You should have strong knowledge and experience in IFRS accounting and reporting. Proficiency in Oracle and Anaplan budgeting software is highly preferred. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
