About the job
You will be responsible for leading a team, supporting the business in managing treasury and investment functions, overseeing financial management duties including preparation of management accounting, financial reporting, statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements. You will assist on preparation and annual review of budgeting, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience required
Degree in accountancy, finance, or a professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA). You should have proven experience in financial accounting within the insurance space, with a strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationship with stakeholders. Big 4 insurance auditors should apply.
