About the job
- Administration and accounting of investments
- Handling daily subscriptions and redemption, valuing and pricing investments
- Monitoring expense ratios and fund performance
- Keeping track of cash flows
- Processing payments and receipts
- Reconciling fund valuation and units against policy records
- Prepares monthly schedules, collaborates with custodians, fund administrators, and fund managers
- Create audit schedules and disclosure notes for financial statements
- Liaise with auditors to resolve investment-related inquiries
- Prepare statutory and head office reports
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or any professional accounting qualifications
- At least 4 years of investment accounting/fund accounting experience
- You should be meticulous and possess excellent communications skills
- Big 4 auditors should apply
