They are looking for a dynamic and hands-on professional to join them as a Finance Manager as they are looking to bring in their accounting activities from outsourced parties.
about the job
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the financial controlling and reporting activities of the investment holding company and ensure regulatory compliance to statutory tax and audit requirements. You will also actively manage their cash flow and fund flow from both operational and strategic aspects while maintaining effective banking relationships across various countries. In addition, you will also be support the business heads in other ad-hoc activities in support of their growth.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 5 years of hands on accounting experience, preferably in an investment holding or family office. You are independent, hands on and comfortable working in a lean set up as you will be an individual contributor. You are excited to be part of a growing business and agility to work in a flexible environment. You also have an interest in fast growing fintech industry, particularly in blockchain.
