There is now an exciting opportunity for a high caliber finance professional to join them as a Finance Manager.

    about the job

    Reporting to the Controller, you will lead a team with responsibility over the full spectrum of financial management and operations including GL, AP and AR activities. As a key lead, you will drive robust and efficient accounting processes for both the local and regional entities. You will also support the Financial Analysis team in providing accuracy data for management reporting, CAPEX, OPEX and fixed assets management. You will identify continuous improvements and digitalisation initiatives to optimise workflow while also ensuring compliance with Corporate and Statutory requirements.

    skills and experience required

    You are ideally degree qualified with preferably 8 years of financial controlling and operations experience in industrial, manufacturing or oil & gas MNCs. You are a people manager with the necessary soft skills to manage a diverse team while providing strong mentorship. You are also technically strong with operational finance workflow while having business acumen to work closely with the other stakeholders.
