About the job

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and managing a team, this role involves overseeing finance and procurement operations, including budgeting and forecasting, procurement management, and process improvement. As a Finance Business Partner, the individual ensures smooth operation, performs detailed financial analysis to aid decision-making, prepares and distributes financial reports, and analyzes variances between actual and budgeted results. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position also involves leading process improvements to boost efficiency and managing a team, providing guidance and support to help achieve the organization’s financial objectives. The ideal candidate is someone who is down-to-earth, passionate about giving back to society, and has a strong interest in finance transformation projects.

Skills and experience required

Candidates should hold a recognized accounting degree, complemented by CPA or an equivalent professional qualification, along with a minimum of 5 years of accounting and FP&A relevant experience.
