about the role
In this role, you will be reviewing and analyzing the management accounts for the monthly forecast and budget reporting. You will prepare the group management reports and manage the end to end coordination for FP&A matters. You will develop and deliver finance strategies and recommend action plans that will be in line with the corporate strategy and operational objectives of the group. You will conduct feasibility studies and come up with recommendations to support the management decision making process. In this role, you will coordinate with the regional team, review and analyze the financial reports on a business unit, region and group perspective. You will prepare the reports to review the financials and drive performance review. You will prepare management reports and presentation materials. You will also partner with the region teams to improve the reporting process, KPI monitoring and performance analysis. You will also be involved in project and system implementation.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified in Accountancy and at least 8 years of relevant experience. You are strong in business partnering and financial analysis. Prior experience doing group financial consolidation will be an added advantage for this role. You are a strong communicator and are able to work independently in a team. You are analytical, strong in excel and /or powerBI.
