about the job
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team with responsibility over the full spectrum of financial management and operations including GL, AP and AR activities and statutory reporting. As a key personnel, you will drive robust and efficient accounting processes and manage the forecasting and budgeting processes. You will identify continuous improvements and initiatives to optimize workflow to be a Finance Business Partner to ensure and drive optimal performance.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling and operations. The ideal candidate is one with necessary soft skills to manage a diverse team while providing strong mentorship. You are also technically strong with operational finance workflow while having business acumen to work closely with the other stakeholders. You are comfortable traveling to the West of Singapore.
