Our client is a leading US listed fortune 500 manufacturing company with global revenue of over 20 billion. With a well established global presence, they are currently looking for a Finance System Lead to drive their Oracle implementation project across the region.
about the job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take the lead to partner closely with the finance and operations team to drive Oracle implementation and digitalisation initiatives across the region. You will be involved in the end to end process from identifying user requirements and process streamlining, designing blueprint, and deployment and stabilization of system. You will also identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls while mitigating risks. Aligning with the global initiatives, you will look at customising the system according to the country's needs.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy, finance or business with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the finance function with Oracle system implementation exposure. You possess excellent communication and project management skills to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders. You can look forward to working a dynamic US MNC that promotes hybrid work arrangement.
