Our client is a well established energy company and the largest provider in Singapore. The company prides itself for its expertise in the market and continuous innovation in technology. We are now partnering them to hire for a Financial Control and Planning Manager to lead the team.

about the job

Reporting to the CFO, you will be supporting the business to map strategic plan and long term business plans to achieve growth targets. You will be managing 3 direct reports, taking care of the FP&A, tax, and operation functions. As this is a strategic position, you will be supporting the strategic plan and business plans by assess and evaluate new projects and investment decisions using financial models. You will also be working closely with the risk team to ensure compliance with financial covenants and refinancing of loan facilities.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 10 years of experience in a dynamic MNC and in a Big 4 firm. You should have strong financial modelling skills and technical knowledge in the accounting functions. Prior supervisory experience is ideal. Excellent communication skills and maturity to deal with different cultures and with all levels of staff are necessary.
