about the roke
In this role, you will be managing the full spectrum of finance reporting for the APAC region. You will be in charge of the consolidated financial reports, the analysis of the business as well as being the focal point of accounting and audit matters. You will drive technical discussion across the APAC region. You will prepare the accounting memos and look into the accounting standards interpretation and application. You will oversee the closing of the portfolio entities. You will also enhance the accounting system and processes to drive process efficiency.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess an accounting degree from a reputable university and/or a CPA. You have more than 10 years relevant experience with prior experience with a big 4. You have extensive knowledge in US GAAP. Prior SEC or SOX reporting experience will come as a strong advantage for the role. You have strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience.
