Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their APAC market share, they are now looking for a high calibre Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager, Asia Pacific to look at the APAC business performance.

about the job

Reporting to the APAC Head of FP&A, you will be business partnering with the countries to drive the business forecasts, liaising with the Global FP&A team at the HQ level to ensure that the requirements are met. You will also be managing any FP&A related requests and drive the budgeting and planning for any APAC projects. In this role, you will also be accountable for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting at the Corporate APAC level, providing valuable business insides to the management team. You are responsible for providing, maintaining and analysing internal and external financial trends including competitors’ analysis. Overall, you will proactively seek to resolve daily financial and operational issues as well as perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. You will also be providing strategic support to the CFO and come up with recommendations to achieve business goals.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be Degree qualified with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. You possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written); good analytical skills and a strong understanding of the markets in which the company operates. You are able to work independently or within a team environment and with multiple priorities. You possess strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & planning software, processes and good practices. You have strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and internal customers providing support and advice where needed. You are meticulous and analytical. You are proactive in terms of recommending feasible solutions to the business. Prior experience in the Big 4 will come as a strong advantage for this position.
