They have anchored Singapore as their Global HQ for one of their BUs and are now looking for a high calibre and strong business partner to be part of the key leadership team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Director with global responsibilities.
about the job
A high-visibility role as the divisional finance business partner, you will have full P&L responsibilities to work closely with the business stakeholders across across Operations, Sales while being supported by other functional finance teams to achieve business target objectives. Leading monthly business performance reviews, you will establish KPI metrics, identify risk and opportunities areas, maximise productivity and reduce cost. Leading a small team, You are hands on in gathering insightful data on the value streams and key value drivers, alongside external economic and financial factors to develop qualitative analysis and robust P&L review. You will also work closely with the controllership team to ensure statutory compliance and establish best practices to continuously improve work flow and achieve operational excellence.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 10 years of commercial finance from similar business set up with both manufacturing exposure in a regional capacity. You possess strong financial acumen, are highly analytical and business savvy. You are hands on and comfortable to roll up your sleeves working in a lean team. A matured and confident individual, you are comfortable working across all levels in a diversified culture and matrix organisation.
