Constantly innovating to cater to the changing needs of their customers, they have emerged to be the market leader in the industry that they are operating in. Currently, they are looking for a FP&A Manager (Plant) for the APAC plant operations.

    about the role

    In this role, you will be supporting the APAC manufacturing operations. You will be in charge of the reporting and analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, fixed asset management and the preparation of any financial reports and business decision support. You will manage your team across the region for the operations and supply chain. You will consolidate and analyse monthly results for the manufacturing sites and operations within the APAC region. You will support the APAC operations Director, Supply Chain in reviewing the performance of the operations which includes NPI costing, site metric development, supply chain efficiency and other strategic planning for the operations and the supply chain. You will manage the APAC annual budget, lead the standard costing process and provide standard costing analysis during the budget process. You will consolidate the monthly APAC manufacturing finance forecast and prepare all related analysis for the P&L and the working capital. You will ensure full compliance with the internal and external customer for finance controls and audits. You will partner closely with senior stakeholder in the APAC region to add value and to be the voice of the APAC operations.

    skills and experience required

    You should ideally possess an accounting or finance degree from a reputable company with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, product costing within the manufacturing industry. You have strong financial acumen and analytical skills. You are able to work well with different stakeholders and in a matrix organisation. You are proficient in excel. Prior experience using SAP will come as a strong advantage for the role. You possess strong leadership capabilities and have got at least 3 years of supervisory experience. You possess strong communication and influencing skills.
