Reporting to the Head of Risk, you are required to evaluate and analyse risks, and also proposing risk mitigating measures when necessary. You are very sensitive to the property market, financial assumptions in cashflow projections, concentration risks. Review and ensure the project cashflow, conducting risk assessment, legal structuring, interest rate exchange risk evaluation, risk reporting to the Committee as well as other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
