About the Role
In the role of Forensic Partner, you will occupy a pivotal and influential position within this prestigious consulting firm. This leadership role primarily focuses on the management and strategic direction of the forensic division, a division that plays a critical role in the firm's continued success. Your responsibilities encompass various facets of leadership, including strategic vision, business development, technical expertise, team management, quality assurance, project oversight, compliance, and reporting. You will provide visionary leadership, setting the strategic direction for the forensic division and aligning it with the firm's overarching goals and objectives. Your guidance will be instrumental in shaping the firm's future. As the leader of the forensic division, you will drive business development efforts by expanding the client base and identifying new growth opportunities. This will require the development and maintenance of strong client relationships, which you will be instrumental in fostering. Your role as a Forensic Partner requires you to serve as a subject matter expert in forensic analysis, investigations, and risk management. Staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices is vital to your success. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled forensic professionals. Creating a collaborative and innovative team culture will be an essential aspect of your leadership. Ensuring the quality and integrity of all forensic services is a critical responsibility. Adherence to best practices, industry standards, and ethical guidelines is paramount. Your leadership will extend to the oversight of complex forensic projects, ensuring their efficient execution, adherence to budgets, and maintenance of the highest standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all forensic activities within the division adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Regularly providing reports and updates to the firm's executive leadership and clients regarding the status and outcomes of forensic projects is another integral part of your role.
Skills and Experience Required
You should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as forensic science, accounting, law, or a related discipline. You have a proven track record of success in a leadership role within a forensic consulting or investigative firm. You have extensive experience in forensic analysis, investigative techniques, and risk assessment. You have exceptional business development skills and a well-established network of potential clients and industry contacts.You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the construction and maintenance of strong client relationships. Professional certifications, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA), or relevant industry certifications, are a significant plus.
