Luxury brand who has 4 different brands under their care. They are currently looking for an FP&A Assistant Manager to join the team and help with the needs of the business.
about the role
The job entails assisting in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis activities, including supporting investment and business model proposals. It involves closely monitoring financial performance, providing variance analysis, and proposing solutions. Collaboration with internal stakeholders for financial reporting and offering timely insights to inform decision-making is crucial. The role also involves process improvement and the optimization of business operations through the development of new systems and tools whenever needed.
skills and experience required
You should possess a finance or accounting degree. You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A. Prior experience in FMCG is advantageous. You have to be able to converse in Mandarin as some of your FP&A colleagues are based in China and are of Chinese nationality. You need to have good Excel skills and the ability to communicate well with various stakeholders. You will have to do presentations to the CFO and CEO and therefore your ability to connect with senior management will also be taken into consideration for this job.
